Automatic Backwash Filter

After passing through the filter, the clear liquid flows out from the clear liquid port, and impurities are intercepted inside the filter element. But when the filter reaches a certain pressure difference or flow rate decreases, due to intelligent (PLC, PAC) design, the system will automatically identify the degree of impurity deposition and provide a signal to the discharge valve to automatically discharge the pollutants. In this situation, the filter needs to be drained. Close the inlet valve and open the drain valve. The clear liquid flows from the outside of the filter into the inside. The clear liquid flushes off impurities on the inner wall of the filter and drains out through the drain outlet, playing a reverse automatic flushing role on the filter.
