How to make ozone by mean of high voltage discharging in stainless steel ozone tube? 

As we know, in air, Nitrogen (N2) accounts for about 78%, and oxygen (O2) accounts for about 21%, and that ozone is acctually from oxygen. Now, we have known that there is 2 types of gas source to make O3.

A, Air 

B, O2

Obviously, for a certain volume gas,  by O2 to make high CO3 than by air. meanwhile, if you want to use O2 as gas source, first step we have to do is that to filter out N2 in the air by molecular sieves. Now, let's have a clear idea how on earth ozone can be make by high voltage discharging?

In industrial ozone machine, there are some parts, one power, another flyback transformer, the other 304 stainless steel ozone tube, in which a discharging net exist, also electrode. By the following step, a set of industrial ozone machine can make O3.

1.Power supply 220v or 380v

2.Flyback transformer is responsible for rasing the voltage of power to 3000V to 6000V or more.

3.In ozone tube, stainless steel electorde discharge by the voltage of 3000-6000v or more.

Then we can see that air or O2 is ionized, in other words, gas becames a conductor, namely some electrons have undergone a transition, break away from the bondage of the nucleus, and become free electrons. This time, in this air or O2 gas has the following ingredients and chemical equation

O2=O2 + O(3P) + O(1D) + O+(4S0) + O+(1S0) + O-(2P0) + etc = O3 , please attention that the chemical equation is reversible.
